With 30 years in the independent sector, Jessica has worked with organizations with missions of all types: arts and culture, animal welfare, children and families, conservation, education, health and wellness, human services, LGBTQ+, neurodiversity, sports, and more.

With a Master's of Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor's in English, her skills include marketing, communications, board engagement, strategic planning, human resources, finance and operations. However, Jessica's specialty is fundraising and development. She has raised millions of dollars in gifts and grants for nonprofits nationwide, created endowments, planned and launched annual giving programs, and re-invigorated Boards to work with dynamic, organized purpose.

Jessica works with progressive, responsible organizations that are committed to building strong communities. She will not work with organizations that discriminate in any way. Today, she is the Chief Development Officer of Ritter Center, working to prevent and resolve homelessness and improves the health, dignity and well-being of people living in poverty in Marin County by providing high-quality, culturally sensitive, easily accessible medical care and social services.
